Tough Titties Productions: Links

DKPDX
Portland's very own super sexy drag king troupe keeps on delivering superb performances and making this town that much better with their very existence
Tart--A Swank Soiree Where the Queer Girls Play
don't we all count on this monthly lesbian dance party for a chance to get our groove on and see our friends? i know we do. nothing better than shaking some booty with tons of hot ladies. thanks shoshana!
Hostbaby
these are the lovely folks who helped us get our website up, and made it REALLY easy. Hostbaby (sister web-business to the illustrious CD Baby) is committed to helping indie artists have internet visiblity. for this we thank you! (and a special thanks to Stacy Bias--you rock grrl!)
In Other Words Women's Books and Resources
our beloved not-for-profit womyn's bookstore. GO THERE! Sue Burns, the manager, rocks and this is an ideal place to not only find books and cool magazines like Bust and Bitch, but you can also buy lots of great locally woman-made products.
Tamara J Brown
did you know that Tamara is a singer/songwriter? yep, its true.
Honey D Licious & Charley Horse
these ladies are hot, hot HOT, and bring to the stage some awesome drag and burlesque performances.
Kinnie Starr
we love this lady and are proud to be producing her next show in Portland. you can check out soundclips and take a listen if you are not already familiar with her.
Pamela Means
Pamela is one of the rockingest singer/songwriters you ever will see. grrl is fierce!
Alix Olson
a self-described folk poet and radical lesbian feminist, Alix knows how to say it like it is. let's just say that she has a way with words, and thank goodness for that. a total inspiration
Or.A.Trix
these are some ladies with vision, bringing by-queers-for-queers shows to venues all around the country.
friendster
a cool and fun place to connect with your friends, and meet new people. a virtual social networking tool
Lenelle Moise
Lenelle is an AMAZING spoken word artist whose live performances are incredibly powerful. "A self-identified "hyphenated pomosexual poet," Lenelle creates personal/political texts about the spirits in sexuality, masculinities, being bicultural (Haitian-American), and other intersecting indentity markers." perhaps someday soon we will be lucky enough to bring Lenelle back to town for another show. this woman is a rising star and must-see performer
Ember Swift
sometimes a duo, sometimes a trio, Ember Swift is the Canadian musical voice of queer, feminist, connsciousness. With a wildly ecclectic musical style, ES addresses issues from global corporate takeovers to vegetarianism, personal politics and political equality for sexual minotirities. great high energy performances will tough you in your heart, mind and body.
Inga Muscio
the author who brought the world "Cunt" has blessed our fair city with her presence by moving here a year ago (?). she's got another fabulous book in the words to be released sometime real soon which discusses the intersection of all the isms---sexism, racism, classism, homphobia, etc. this lady is brilliant and the suggested reads on her website will keep you busy for months
Amy Steinberg
this woman is *brilliant* and hi-fucking-larious. i like to say that she is a cross between Sandra Bernhardt and Bette Middler. she delivers bawdy and intensely personal songs in an extremely engaging manner. see her next time she's in town!
Ubergay Cabaret
rad queer drag from some ubertalented folks. check it out!
